LB Services (LBS) is a Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business enterprise (WO/SDVOSB) based in Oliver Springs, Tennessee. LBS was established in 1992 DBA LB Construction to provide excavation services to the general public. LBS is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee.
In 2003 LBS expanded its capability into the government arena as a subcontractor providing services designing and building wetland mitigation banks and stream restoration projects. This service now represents LB Services core capability. Our primary focus is to provide engineering design, landscape architecture, and construction services for renaturalization and restoration of watersheds, streams, and wetlands, to recreate or enhance habitat and the natural sustaining state for wildlife, species of greatest conservation need (SGCN), and threatened and endangered (T&E) species.

LB Services is firmly committed to the conservation and preservation of our nations natural resources by restoring degraded lands and habitats back to their most natural pristine state.
